All prices listed on the Site are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are subject to change without prior notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product information, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed based on the incorrect price.

3. Orders and payment

Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. Payment is processed securely at checkout through Curlec, our payment gateway partner, which supports a variety of payment methods including credit and debit cards, FPX online banking, and e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go and GrabPay. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability, in which case any payment already made will be refunded in full.

4. Product compliance and health disclaimer

We only sell products that are NPRA-approved and have been officially cleared through Malaysian customs as food products. Every Supre product carries a valid MAL registration number issued by the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA) under the Ministry of Health Malaysia.

As food supplements, these statements have not been evaluated by the Ministry of Health Malaysia, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
